One of the biggest issues a person will have to face later in life is 'will there be enough money to live on?'

Where's it going to come from?

The government won't support you. Your 'super' can't support you and sure as heck your weekly wage is just keeping your head above water.

What does J-O-B mean?

Just Off Broke!..You better believe it!

You know, I've had a few jobs over the years in different industries. Some were not too bad and some were just, well, down right pain full.

You have to work with people that have problems, paranoid episodes, hyperchondriach episodes, are selfish, rude or just absolutely lovely.

Then there's the boss.

Most I've had were O.K and there were a couple I would not hesitated to meet in the play ground after school if you know what I mean.

Anyway, my point is, why should I sacrifice my free time, get up before the sun, spend my own money on transport, slave away all day, then get home, cook dinner, clean up and try to get to bed by a certain time so that I can get up before the sun again and do it all again tomorrow.

All this to have everything already mapped out for me such as the time I 'have to' start work, when I can go to the loo, when I can grab a bite to eat, when I can leave, and how much I get paid.

Do I need to put in 110% at work everyday to impress someone or put money in the boss' pocket so that he can take the missus to some exotic island for a couple of weeks and leave the 'slaves' to continue running the business to make more money for the next holiday?

All this and to get a gold pen or some insignificant little gift at the end of it all. Then I have to rely on my superannuation to feed me and clothe me amongst other pleasures in life, until I drop dead.
